In this topic, we learn about the general thing that managers should do. We learn why hiring, training, and retaining the right people is important to the strategy execution process.

It is vital process as we could understand that good strategy execution does requires constantly building and upgrading the organization’s resources and capabilities.
From the topic, there were also two core concept which are simple and functional structure.
For the simple structure, it focus on line and staff structure. It consists of a central executive (often the owner-manager) who handles all major decisions and oversees all operations with the help of a small staff.
Then the functional structure organized into functional departments, with departmental managers who report to the CEO and small corporate staff.
The different structures of an organization brings the different outcomes for the company.Then, we could choose in what way we want to operates our organization.
