is written below:

-It is promote the low price strategy with its goal which value the concept
of "EVERY LITTLE HELPS"

of low price products that could be easily get from its company branches in
every city.
(3) Broad Differentiation:
Harley Davidson
-it is competing in the big motorcycle category with prices starting at
$15,000 and running as high as $60,000. These motorbikes are more than just basic
transportation.
(4) Focused Differentiation:
Porsche
-it is competing in its exclusive product which differentiated its features
of products from its rival. The price for the car are starting from $150 000
until $600 000. These cars are more than just transportation.
From the answer given, as i could understand, the company are commonly competing on the best services, quality and its value of products. The entire concept of strategies has its own specialty. That’s all. I hope I get right understanding about this topic.
